Silverstone, Arena version, wip

Just letting you guys know that I'll be releasing a messy, non-modeled version of the new Arena layout of Silverstone this weekend, hopefully Saturday. The roadtyping is done, so now I want to get some racing feedback on it before I commit to modeling the new length of track, and adjusting the old models where it joins the new stuff. So, if you are interested, check this thread at about 4pm Eastern, 9pm UK, 10pm eurozone.

(sorry for confusion, I had another version in my plugs folder, the first link was correct...)

Notes:

• Club corner exit has been reprofiled, so its now slower and has a significantly different line.

• No track is modeled yet, some textures are missing, this is just a test version!

• Many models will be moved, textures altered in the release version. What is currently there is largely inherited from the Silverstone 1.2.1 release.

• I put in some new-style kerbs in the two tight corners within the new Arena complex. I tried to copy the style of kerbs being tried in F1 this season.

• Don't hold your breath on the modeling. I'll be away for a couple of weeks and real life will prevent me working 24 hours a day on it.

Looks good so far.

I think the real life track is going to get a MotoGp race in about three weeks on that layout. Thanks for updating this version. Appreciate the effort Pax.
