Silverstone relaunch party

Any excuse for some big multiplayer action and I'm on it. Its been two years since I released the first version of Silverstone and it took that long to get the track modeled. I'll be releasing a new version of Silverstone with improved models and fully modeled scenery at 20:00 UTC on Saturday afternoon/evening. It is bound to be several buildings short of being "finished" by then, but I need a break from working on it and in its current state it's so much prettier than 1.1.5 I can't bear to drive the old version in MP any longer.

If you want to grab the plug and take part in the first blush of MP racing, check the LoL forum at 20:00 on Saturday and I'm sure someone will be around to host a dozen bastages for a few laps...

izz good. I'm not 100% back. My computer just does NOT like redline anymore. Once it heats up, redline starts stuttering and whatnot.....same problem there has always been. The good news is that sooner or later ill dump the coin for a new lappy....so, then i shall be back in force.

Sounds like the FPS is largely fixed, although I'm hoping there's still room for more "stuff". There's the missing centre-field scenery and a bunch more buildings to go in yet...

I've done a few laps at the new Silverstone with the SR8 and I think this combo is going to be great.
